Bill dona su anillo y una copia de su nuevo DVD "Caught on Camera"

On a German show televised on RTL, celebrities donated personal items or services for bidding. Bill Kaulitz donated one of his rings and the band also signed a copy of their new DVD, "Caught on Camera". The show ran today and the winning bid was €4,000 (~$5,000 USD). The money goes to children in need.

Bill: "We are sitting here and of course we are glad to have the opportunity to participate. We are glad to be able to help and join the "spendenmarathon" (donations drive). We thought, well, actually I thought, I am giving my valuable ring, it is the ring I have worn on the European tour, almost every concert and I always had it with me. it has gave me support and brought me a lot of good luck. we hope it will at least help one child. And of course we giving one of our DVD’s to go with it, we will of course sign it. We hope it will be very successful and that it will raise a lot of money."

[Novel] The Forbiden Floor (Based on TH and their fans)

The autor discovered the band Tokio Hotel during her holidays in Sweden, the summer 2007 et meanwhile, she entered in the special universe surrounded the band. The following year, she immerged herserf in the TH World and after many travels, conversatios with fans and exchange with the band's management, she came to write this book.

More than the will to share her experience, the writer wanted to explain to people from outside this world why Tokio Hotel fans are so passionnate. Why the band means so much to them and why they are ready to do everything for these four boys from Germany. Beyond a story about a rock band and how the show business is working, this novel deals with subjects such as independance, friendship, liberty, love, tolerence, respect, realizing our dreams and pass over the forbiden things.

Throught the chapter and the differents characters' point of views, we discover how much the whole new generation feels bad on this world where nothings goes right, where everybody juge the other non-stop and where no body is here for his fellow.

But maybe when you'll close this book, you will see rather how this new generation found a way to feel good, how she learnt to live every second thanks to a rock band who scream them some love songs and whisper they are always here for each of them...

TOME 1 :

Chapter 1 - Reunions : Fans meet in paris and goes to the hotel to wait for the band since early in the morning.

Chapter 2 - Zimmer 104 : Two fans rent a room at the hotel where the band will stay, but when they arrive they don't have the welcome they thought they expected, and a bad news is waiting for them.

Chapter 3 - The Arrival : Japan Road arrives at Roissy and their driver takes them to the hotel. But the travel is not without any dangers...

TOME 2 :

Chapter 4 - Anaïs Parïs : In the car that drives her to Paris, she remember the years she spent in Germany. The meeting with the band and the inevitable break-up...

Chapitre 5 - Welcome to the Hotel : Japan Road arrives at the hotel and the whole staff is under pressure ! Checking the places, putting the security guard everywhere, checling the rooms... And at least, the band is here in front of fans who had waited so long in the cold, from the morning. What let them some times to prepare to them a nice surprise ^^

TOME 3 :

Chapitre 6 - Manon : Discreetly, Manon entered at the hotel's bar with two friends. They are not the only ones and every girls enjoy this privileged moment near their idols. While looking at the guitarist, Manon let her mind flow... and come back some months earlier, near some other privileged moments... ^_~


Each chapter brings a new point of view and makes you share a character's life. A life who is imply far or near, in Japan Road's life. Then, it's also a part of the band's life, and little by little, it builds the puzzle of Liam, Théo, Geoffrey and Gunther's life.

There's much to do and my head is so full of ideas.


As I have seen and read, there must be some mistake with the translation of our MUZ TV interview we had in Russia.

I don't know where the mistake comes from.

The translator claimed that we said, that we are enemies with Tokio Hotel and we think we are a lot better. It's not true that we said that, and because a lot of angry and upset fans have written us, we just wanted to right the wrongs.


I have a lot of respect for the work of Tokio Hotel.

Our music is different and the fact that people compare us to each other is just because there aren't many boys they know who are wearing make up.

It's the most easiest comparison they can find.

LOS ANGELES (Billboard) - Diane Warren's office is located near Amoeba Records, the be-all and end-all record store in Hollywood. If one were to go through the stacks with an eye toward creating a Warren compilation, you'd have to visit most of the store: She's written for pop stars, Broadway belters, country crooners, R&B divas and rock legends.

And, notably, you'd have to spend lots of time in the soundtracks section. Since 1984, when Laura Branigan's "Hot Night" was featured in "Ghostbusters," Warren has written almost 100 songs that have appeared in films or TV productions. She's been nominated six times for an Oscar, and she won a Grammy in 1997 for the Celine Dion-sung "Because You Loved Me" from the film "Up Close & Personal."

Warren has had 31 songs peak in the top 10 of the Billboard 100, and she remains the industry's go-to songwriter for ballads and love songs across all genres.

"She's the fastest writer," says producer Jerry Bruckheimer, who has used Warren's songs routinely in his movies, perhaps most notably Aerosmith's version of "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" for "Armageddon." "I'll give her an idea or a concept and 24 hours later she'll come back with a song and a demo that she's done."

Her office houses not only Warren's songwriting "cave," but also a dozen employees and her Realsongs publishing company. Every day for 23 years, she's been coming to this building, where she begins writing at 8:30 a.m. -- she feels she's most creative in the morning -- and then spends the afternoon taking meetings with artists and executives.

Veteran label boss Clive Davis, who has used Warren's compositions for Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston and Kelly Clarkson, says he frequently works one-on-one with Warren.

"I see her sing her own songs at the Beverly Hills Hotel in my bungalow," he says. "She sits down at the piano and she emotes it. She feels it -- you see the veins in her neck really expressing all the depth of emotions."

For Warren, it was apparent from childhood what her career choice would be. Raised in the San Fernando Valley ("I'm from Van Nuys, which is so close to Hollywood -- but it's a million miles away," she jokes), she found that she was more fascinated by the songwriter credits on the albums her siblings brought home than the recordings themselves.

She studied at California State University at Northridge, but admits: "I was a total dropout! .. I used to break into the practice rooms to write songs."

Warren recently discussed her projects and creative process.

WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON NOW?

Oh, God, I'm working on so many things. I just did a song for Jennifer Hudson and for the Pussycat Dolls. I have a great song Whitney Houston's doing that I think she's going to sing as her comeback song. It's called "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" and I really wrote it for her -- and I don't really write songs for people a lot of times, but I wrote that for her. She sounds great from what I heard.

I'm also working with (German rock band) Tokio Hotel. I just did a song that Akon did, I did something that Sean Kingston's doing, and I'll be working with Leona (Lewis) and Chris Brown on their upcoming albums.

I just did something real big for Jerry Bruckheimer's new movie "Confessions of a Shopaholic." It's a really cute movie.

HOW DOES THAT WORK -- DO YOU READ THE SCRIPT AND WRITE THE SONG?

This time I saw the movie. I'd always rather see the movie because I have ADD and reading a script is hard. (With a script) it's like, "And then we cut to . . . and then we . . . da, da, da . . .," and it's like, "Oh, God, just get to the end, let's write the song already." I saw the movie a few weeks ago and went back to my office and wrote a really cool song. I'm excited and he loves it -- Jerry Bruckheimer is kind of hard to please. He knows what he wants and he's really smart. I'd rather have that -- at least there's a point of view and a vision.

YOU HAVE SONGS FROM MOVIES THAT HAVE HIT AND THEN REBOUNDED IN TV TO HIT AGAIN. HOW HAS THAT WORKED?

"There You'll Be" is a hit again in England. Here's a song I wrote for "Pearl Harbor" that was a massive worldwide hit for Faith Hill seven years ago. I was talking to somebody about it and they said, "Did you write 'There You'll Be'?" and I go, "Yeah," and he told me where to look on (U.K. talent competition show) "X Factor" and he says, "Your song's in the top five." I go, 'What? Seven years later?"

Well, what it was, was that this young girl who auditioned with "There You'll Be" and her mother had passed away and she was talking about it and it was really emotional. One of the judges -- not Simon (Cowell) of course -- this woman judge cried and then they played a tiny bit of the Faith Hill version. It was really touching, and now it's on the top five. That's the power of a great song and a touching performance. It's never going to stop. What's never going to stop is people touched by a great song, however they do it or see it. When something is undeniable it's going to resonate.

WHAT'S YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS LIKE? HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN A SONG IS DONE?

I'm writing some of my best songs right now. I know when I'm done because it tells me that it's done. It's weird; they have their own mind. I'm not one of those people that rewrite constantly, I just know when the song is done -- but I'm going to get it as perfect as it can be till then . . . But then of course it can get f---ed up by the producers at the top of the company. When I'm done with it, it's perfect in my eyes, and then it's not up to me anymore. Sadly.

Pop Culture Madness review of Philadelphia show

PCM was in the midst of teenage mayhem at the recent Tokio Hotel concert at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. Have you ever seen those early clips of Beatles fans going completely nuts screaming and crying? Well, it was something like that for the modern generation. Tokio Hotel is a huge band in their native country Germany, selling out huge arenas and playing for millions, now they are poised to take over in the US as well, already selling out shows and winning the coveted Best New Artist award at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards.

While I was completely impressed by the showmanship of this band, meaning they definitely looked like rockstars, the music itself left me wanting a bit more. After all the hype for this show, the band was only on stage for about an hour and played most of the tracks off their debut English language album "Scream". Short of some incredibly sexy smiles, there was very little interaction made with the crowd, but I am wondering if that was the language barrier getting in the way. The band blasted through their hits such as the album's title track "Scream" with lead singer Bill Kaulitz pulling out a bullhorn and urging the crowd to sing along. They also played "Ready, Set, Go", and popular "Monsoon" twice, once in English and again in German as an encore. I have to say this the first show I have been to where I have witnessed teenage fandom at it's peak, the mostly female audience were singing every word to every song, screeching with joy every time lead singer Bill or his twin brother guitarist Tom looked their way, and tossing all sorts of fun looking trinkets on the stage. You should have seen the tug-of-war that broke out over a sweaty towel that was thrown off the stage, you would have thought their entire being depended on grasping that towel. After the show was even better, and of course PCM was still there to witness! After the band was escorted out the back door, they headed straight for their bus without stopping to talk to fans; however this is excusable considering they would have been mobbed. About twenty to forty fans went chasing after them to bus and continued the overall pandemonium. 1 can definitely say this band is not lacking for fans, but perhaps I would have been more impressed with a bit more substance. I am looking forward to see what they can do the next time around!

I can't sleep rite now.. Even thought i have to wake up early 2morrow! I think I need to write it all out, instead of keeping it inside. Or I’m just gonna go crazzey! Remember I went to The Plumm the other day, on Thursday. Me and my gurls had lots of fun, drinking and dancing with cuties and seemed like nothing could go wrong in my perfect life…Until HE arrived. HE is Tom. Tom Kaulitz. U know this Tokio Hotel Band? It’s so crazy in America now, I think even worse than Beatles! LOL! I saw him few times at TRL, so I recognized them straight away. So I thought he was kinda cute. Gotta mention. Tom is not really my type. Those baggy clothes, dreadlocks, cap… But there was something really attractive about him. It just made me go: “WOW! I have to have him!”. So I thought it would be a good idea to come up to him and start a convo! The plan that always works with celebrities is to chat abt their music, but unfortunately (for me) I had no idea what these guys are exactly doing! After struggling with my nerves for few minutes, I decided to intoduce myself and ask what’s his name (haha! As if I don’t know!). You should see the look on his face! He looked at me as if I was an alien! Haha! But he replied though. The rest of the evening we were just chatting. We were both a bit tipsy, cuz of tequila he ordered. I asked him to dance few times, but he refused saying that he’s not drunk enough to dance! WTF? What does dancing have to do with drinking?! Anywayz... The whole time he was holding his hand on my knee and whispering to my ear, the music was quite loud. Oh btw, his accent is soooo sexay!! XD After quite a while I dragged him to the dancefloor without even asking (thought I can’t miss a chance dancing with Tommy)! Have to admit. He’s damn good! After few innocent moves, we started dirty dancing! He grabbed me and hugged so tight that I felt something is sticking out XD! His ding-ding-dong.He got so turned on! I looked straight into his eyes thinking he’s gonna get embarrassed but he gave me cheeky look instead. GOSH!!! I tot I’m gonna have an orgasm rite there and then faint! But before it happened, he just dragged me to chillout room! Chillout??? And guess what?! His security followed us! Kinda weird… shocking. Luckily they stayed outside.XD I don’t know what I was thinking. Not that kinda girl, but he got me so easy! Just few seductive looks, one dance, few “accidental” body touches, gentle kiss and I am already all his!! He’s irresistable! He’s is like the sweetest thing. His eyes. His hands. His piercing. His gorgeous body. But one thing that quite surprised me is that he was so cheeky while talking to me, he was flirting like crazy, he was so confident at the dancefloor, but when it came to “real deal” he became pretty timid, he was pulling the time (which u don’t usually do at de chillout)! At some point, I thought he’ll just run away. But thanx god, he didnt! He was so gentle. The song “I bruise easily” can describe him well... I tot he’s gonna be passionate and harsh. But it was completely different from what I’ve imagined. In spite of that, I must admit that it was the best night in my entire life! No guy made me feel that way! No guy could give me such a pleasure! The rest of the night we were just talking.. and kissing. Oh I even got a chance to talk to Bill. Billy was sooo drunk. He couldn’t event stand on his own two feet! He seemed nice, but cold...err... arrogant, I think. Or maybe it’s just the way he carries himself. Before they left, Tom asked for my number. He said he’ll call. Haha! Why am I laughin? I was damn sure he won’t call! Can’t blame him anyway. What else you expected Brittany?? It was just one night stand! Just casual sex. But, I did get the msg next morning. It was short and not that original: Brittany, u were great! Well, at least he remembers my name! I tried calling the number but all I heard was: The person u call is unavailable! Still keep on thinking about him, can’t throw him outta my head. No, I’m not saying I fell in love with him or something cuz that would be pretty stupid. It’s just...err…ah! I already don’t know anything… Confused..

TH recently finished up their US tour with a show in Roseland, NY city on Thursday October 30th and it was their last dating support in their album ''Scream''. The group took home the ''Best new artist'' award of the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, and the band may just be sad to see ( something, no entendí pero era como END, así k kedaría: el fin.) We sat down with the guys during their visit and 18 years old brothers, vocalist Bill and guitarrist Tom Kaulitz talked about the show.

Bill: We were really exciting to play in NY again, but it was also kind of sad because it was our last show with this record for this year, the last own show, we're coming back in December but it is not our own show so yeah we are kind of sad.

Tom: Yeah it was a bigger venue than the last time, and you know the crowd was good and we were good.

Bill: Yeah, I think it was a really good show.

The....were sad but it is time for something new.

Bill: We played ''Monsoon'' so many times now, I think for 3 years so it´s really time for the record (?) and then I think you feel it and your feeling on stage, and you wanna go with new songs so, I think new songs are really important for us.

Tom: Yeah fúe en una mayor locación que la vez pasada, y el público fué muy bueno, nosotros también estuvimos bien.

Bill: Yeah, yo pienso que fué un muy buen show.
Los *chicos* están tristes pero es tiempo de algo nuevo.

But it’s a huge tattoo, and… I don’t know. I think I was at the tattoo studio for four hours. (In Germany.) And it hurts a lot.
